Can you migrate from JobNimbus to AccuLynx?
Yes. JobNimbus to AccuLynx is the most common migration AccuLynx customers hire us for. We migrate contacts, jobs, custom fields, photos, documents, notes and financial records into AccuLynx.
Can you migrate from Leap, RoofLink or MarketSharp to AccuLynx?
Yes. After JobNimbus, Leap/JobProgress, RoofLink and MarketSharp are the CRMs we most often move into AccuLynx. We also migrate from Buildertrend, Roofr, spreadsheets and less common systems.
Will my photos and documents come over?
Yes. Photos and files are migrated and attached to the job they belong to, so your team can find them right where they expect.
Why not just use a spreadsheet import?
A spreadsheet import can bring in contacts and jobs. It won't carry over photos, documents, notes, custom fields or financial records like worksheets, payments and invoices. That's the data we migrate.
How much does an AccuLynx data migration cost?
Pricing is a one-time setup fee plus a charge per job migrated, so the cost scales with how much data you're moving. Request your migration plan and we'll send you a quote.
How long does an AccuLynx migration take?
Most migrations take 3 to 4 weeks from start to finish. The exact timeline depends on how much data you have and which CRM you're coming from, and we confirm it with you after discovery.
Will my team have downtime?
Very little. The final cutover takes a couple of days and runs over a weekend. We compress the migration window to keep downtime to a minimum, so your team can move into AccuLynx smoothly.
